Walkthrough: Import emails

At a glance

  • Inbound email to your configured LexLogik address
  • Attachments also via standard file upload (Optimize)
  • No full Outlook archive import in the UI

How it works

  1. Save an attachment or forward to LexLogik mail.

  2. Drop the file in Optimize.

  3. Or check settings for your LexLogik address.

Background

Correspondence often shares the same inbox as everything else—important attachments get lost or take tedious saving. LexLogik Mail lets you set a dedicated destination: incoming messages are caught and attachments prepared for LexLogik when your configuration allows.

Alternatively, pull attachments into Optimize as files as usual. Full import of backed-up Outlook mailboxes is not offered in the UI—forwarding or file upload remains the typical path.

The “Postbox” page is for overview; real intake is via your LexLogik mail address and direct upload.

From the LexLogik team

Correspondence should land in the same processing path without media breaks—attachment or forward, but one clear destination in LexLogik.
